  • This exclusive opportunity brings your brand and team face to face with the entire audience to launch the Annual Conference. It sets the pace and the atmosphere for the event. 
    Sponsorship Includes: 

    • Branded signage at the entrance 

    • Branded signage at every bar and food station 

    • Promotional branding on the conference website 

    • Promotional branding on the official mobile app 

    • Promotional branding on on-site event signage 

    • Option for sponsor to provide promotional swag items, or other event enhancements, at additional cost 

    • 3 minutes of microphone time for a sponsoring organization's senior leader to welcome and address the attendees 

    • Post-event attendee list will be delivered to the sponsor

  • This prestigious opportunity affords one exclusive sponsor the chance to have a senior leader welcome all conference attendees at the keynote address from the general session stage. High brand visibility both pre-show and on-site to the entire audience! 

    Sponsorship Includes: 

    • Chance to have a senior leader welcome all conference attendees at the keynote address (3 minutes max) from the general session stage. Script must be approved ahead of time by ALA

    • Sponsor logo recognition on main stage big screen as company representative is speaking 

    • A 30-second sponsor video (no audio) will be played and looped with other ALA content as attendees enter 

    • Branded signage at the entrance recognizing Keynote Sponsor

  • Reserve a private meeting room in a branded 20' x 20' 4-walled space on the Exhibit Hall floor. This sponsorship is only available to exhibiting business partners. 

    Sponsorship Includes: 

    • Branded 20' x 20' 4-walled space on the Exhibit Hall floor

    • Room reserved during the Exhibit Hall days (Monday–Wednesday), providing you an opportunity to host clients and prospects without distraction

    • 20' x 20' wall branding, signage, private code, and meeting room listing with branding on the floorplan. Top 2/3 of exterior will be sponsor-branded.  Bottom third will be ALA branded

    • Room comes equipped with 2 round tables, 16 chairs, and (1) 6-foot draped table
